Why Do You Need My ID?
Our products are considered adult-use-only, you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase them. Providing an ID ensures we are safely selling our products to customers who are 21+. ALL orders require an uploaded ID image, or one can be emailed to us at mngrownbcd@gmail.com. Please make sure to include your name and/or order number. If you are unable or uncomfortable with uploading your ID, we understand, please email us for alternative options to confirm your age. Acceptable forms of ID include a Valid Driver's License, State ID, Passport, or U.S. Armed Forces ID. Instructions on how to provide your ID will be sent with your order confirmation, or you can expedite this step below by clicking "Upload Your ID". If an ID can't be provided your order will be canceled and a refund will be issued.
How long will orders take to process?
We strive to get our products in your hands for you to enjoy as soon as possible! Online orders will ship within 48 business hours from the date it was placed and age verification has been completed. To expedite your order, please respond to our email requesting your ID (in order to verify age), this email will be sent shortly after submitting your order.
Shipping
Orders ship via standard USPS, or USPS Priority. Orders typically take up to 48 hours to process. Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the following business day. Tracking details will be sent with your shipment confirmation.
Is it legal to ship CBD to me?
Yes, Hemp CBD is legal to ship if you are the age of 21 years or older, and the product contains less than 0.3% delta-9 THC. MNGrown CBD follows the policies and procedures put into place by the 2018 Farm Bill, as well as Minnesota MS Chapter 18K.02, and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture Industrial Hemp Pilot Programs standards and procedures. MNGrown CBD is happy to supply proof of License from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture Industrial Hemp Program and Fit For Commerce Certificates upon request. This extra measure could help speed things along if your package was inspected by USPS. We suggest you check with your own states regulations before placing an order.
Return Policy
Please visit our contact us page to request a return authorization. Authorization is required prior to returning your order. Products that have been altered, opened, or used, are non-returnable. We are happy to accept unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the order was filled or shipped in error.
